This talk will focus on the means and mechanisms we will use to build a better fundraising engine. Today, GNOME will rely heavily on recurring donors to fund initiatives like the developer fund, travel to conferences, and infrastructure.
The key to funding them is to build a fundraising engine that effectively creates content that tells stories on social media and in person. This talk will talk about what we've been working on for the last 6 months and how the GNOME project can help with our efforts structurally.
