Description
GNOME 51 is on track to introduce a platform-wide session save and restore framework. This is a long-requested feature that allows session and app state to be saved when the user logs out, and restored when they log back in.

Adrian is a GNOME developer on Red Hat's desktop team, focusing on GNOME's foundational plumbing. He's a member of the Release Team, and maintains the GNOME Display and Session Managers. He's also involved in GNOME OS, as well as its critical dependencies like systemd, Flatpak, and xdg-desktop-portals. On the side, he's helping organize projects under the Sovereign Tech Fund.
