Description
In 2017, Ryan Sipes joined the Thunderbird project as its Community Manager. To many at the time, this would be considered a strange role to take on, because the perception was that Thunderbird was abandoned by Mozilla and left for dead. Thus began a journey of wrangling contributors with wildly different visions for the future, finding a model for sustainability and big defeats and victories along the way.
