We are seeking proposals for hosting GUADEC 2026 at a suitable location within Europe. Please provide details about your proposed venue and city.

Please email a budget spreadsheet to guadec@gnome.org and select "Yes" to confirm that you have done so. Your spreadsheet should include estimated costs for the following:

  • venue costs
  • fees for an audio-video team (three days)
  • coffee-break pricing (per person)
  • photographer costs (three days)
  • expenses for printed materials such as banners and badges

*All costs and expenses should be estimated totals; we do not expect final amounts.
