Join us for a full-day excursion from Brescia to the beautiful hilltop city of Bergamo! Known for its rich history, medieval architecture, and stunning views, Bergamo offers the perfect mix of culture and charm, all just an hour away by train.
Itinerary
- 8:30 AM - Meet at Brescia Railway Station

9:00 AM – Depart from Brescia Railway Station

10:00 AM – Arrive in Bergamo and head to our first tour

10:30 AM – Guided Walking Tour of Upper Bergamo
Discover the heart of Città Alta with a certified guide on this 2-hour walking tour through cobbled streets, historical landmarks, and architectural treasures. -
12:30 PM – Break for lunch
We'll organize a group lunch spot (meal not included), where you can relax and try some local cuisine. -
2:30 PM – Guided Walk Along the Venetian Walls
Meet back at the starting point for our second guided tour. This 2-hour walk explores Bergamo’s iconic UNESCO-listed Venetian Walls and offers breathtaking views of the city and beyond. -
4:30 PM – Return to Brescia by train
Registration
The registration cost for this day trip is €35 per person* and includes round-trip train tickets and entry to both guided tours. Please note that you will be responsible for purchasing your own food during lunch.
*The price per person is based on a minimum registration count. If we do not meet the minimum required number of registrations, this trip will be canceled and your money will be refunded. If we exceed the minimum required registrations, all excess money will be donated to the GNOME Foundation.
